Do you offer gift cards?

No. We do not offer gift cards at the moment

​Basic candle care for a clean and long burn include; trim your wick around 6 mm before lighting your candle, allow a full melt pool at each burn in order to prevent "tunneling", snuff your candle instead of blowing out of flame and burn on an even surface way from draft and using candle tray which are available on our website. How do I care for my candles?
All orders are final. Exchanges and cancellations are not permitted. If there is a defect or problem with your order which is caused by us - please contact us on nordicglowcompany@gmail.com within 5 business days with a photo and we will be happy to assist you.
If you are citizen of EU, Norway, Island, and Great Britain and buy our products online, you have a right to withdraw your online purchased within 14 days from you receive your order. You are eligible for a refund in accordance with our refund policy. Please read more about our return policy here.
How does wax melts work?
Wax melts are easy to use and don't have an open fale. Place your wax melts in the dish of an electric or tea light wax warmer that is made specifically for wax melts. The wax melt will melt into liquid form creating a strong scent.
